I believe that…
I believe that the photograph becomes real the moment it leaves the display and finds itself on paper, canvas, in an album…I believe I moved a step further in my life and that I can buy fewer things, but of higher quality. As my old friend Vlasta used to say: “I am not that rich, so I could be buying poor-quality stuff…” For a long time I didn’t understand what he meant with this, but now I slowly begin to get it and transfer it into my daily life. I am realizing, that you cannot get high-quality things on every street corner, on every website, but to find great photographs, one truly has to search.
I believe that to every bride and groom the wedding is something really unique. Something, that you are preparing yourself for directly or indirectly for a couple of years and when the day comes, you start to write a new book – the one of a couple. I believe, that every person is unique, so it is impossible for us to have the same goals, dreams or the same photographer.
Let everyone find what they are searching and wishing for and let them follow it. I believe in these unrepeatable moments of our lives it is not good to compromise. Especially regarding the decisions, which consequences stay with us forever.
I believe that one great wedding photograph, hanging on the wall in the living room, bedroom or in the office, brings more joy and memories than a cd with hundreds of pictures. I believe one high-quality album with a story reminds me of the atmosphere of the wedding day even after years. And when the data storage technology changes again, I will know where to find the pictures.
I believe the wedding deserves the highest attention possible and the memories of it will guide me until I die. Because just thank the wedding I found a woman I was seeking for a couple of years…
